Gatwick Car Parking Options

There is no shortage of parking options at Gatwick Airport, and we have great rates on all of them. Not sure which option is best for you? Check out the list below:

Official Gatwick Airport Parking

Official Gatwick car parking options are provided by the airport and secured by staff. They are the closest and often the most convenient, but they may also fill up sooner and cost more.

Short Stay

Short Stay parking is arguably the easiest and quickest option. You just park, keep your keys, and then walk to the terminal, which is only 5 minutes away. It’s a safe option and there are Blue Badge spaces available if you need them.

Long Stay

Long Stay is a cheaper option and it’s better suited for stays of a week or more. You can’t really walk to the terminal, but a bus will get you there in ten minutes and it’s completely free. There are Blue Badge spaces and you keep your keys.

Premium Parking

Premium Parking is probably the most convenient option, but it’s also the most expensive. It will get you to the terminal in the quickest time (around 2 minutes) and there are extra wide bays. It’s also secure and self-parking, with travellers keeping their keys.

Valet Parking

If you want to avoid the hassle of finding a parking space and waiting for buses, just drop your car off at the Valet Parking and then walk to the terminal. They will park your car in a secure location and then ensure it’s available when you return.

Unofficial Gatwick Airport Parking

If it’s unofficial, it means it’s not provided by the airport directly. That doesn’t mean it’s not secure or convenient though. In fact, this is often a great, low-cost way to park and travel, with many great options available:

Gatwick ACE Meet & Greet Flex

A Meet and Greet service that is approved by Gatwick Airport. You’ll be left just a short walk from the terminal, with your car then secured in a location 4 miles away.

Gatwick APH Park and Ride

During many of our checks, APH Park and Ride was the cheapest parking option at Gatwick Airport. Depending on the dates of your stay, you can expect to pay as little as £7 to £8 per day when booking with APH Park and Ride.

APH Gatwick Meet & Greet Forecourt

Your car will be stored over 5 miles from the terminal with this option, but you can drop it off outside the terminal and let the valet deal with the rest. You leave your keys with them and they’ll deal with all the hassle, ensuring your car is safe and secure while you’re away.

Gatwick I Love Meet & Greet Valet

A valet service from I Love Meet & Greet that will collect your car from outside the terminal and then drop it off when you return. It’s not the cheapest option due to the added valet service, but it’s still very affordable when you consider the added convenience.

Gatwick I Love Meet & Greet Park and Ride

The cheapest option provided by I Love Meet & Greet. Just arrive at a partner car park, park your car, and then take a shuttle to the terminal.

Airparks Park & Ride LGW

A consistently cheap Gatwick car parking option that customers seem to love. This highly-rated service will shuttle you to the terminal for free after you park and leave your car. It’s open 24 hours a day and there are buses picking up travellers every 10 to 15 minutes.

Airparks Self Park Gatwick

Park at the nearby car park, check-in, keep your keys, and then hop on a bus that takes you to the terminal. It takes about 10 minutes for the bus to arrive at the airport and the car park benefits from 24-hour operation and nearby fuel sales.

Airparks Gatwick Park & Ride

A consistent performer, Airparks is always a good option if you need cheap parking in Gatwick Airport. It’s a Park and Ride service, so there’s no valet or terminal drop-off, but there’s still a free shuttle and you can benefit from secured car parks as well.
